This is observational figure drawing rather than the stylised figures covered elsewhere in the syllabus: real proportion (roughly seven to eight head-heights for an adult figure), weight and balance in a standing pose, and gesture - the handful of quick lines that capture what a figure is doing before any detail is added.
The fastest way to improve at this is timed gesture sketching - thirty seconds to two minutes per pose, capturing movement and balance only, no detail - practised on real people in ordinary settings (a market, a bus stop) rather than posed models.
